A certified Project Management Professional, this bilingual consultant has over thirty years of experience in the field of Information Technology. Since 1976, he has worked as systems consultant, account executive, human resources manager and project management consultant. This broad experience has given him a solid understanding of both the business and the technical nature of the IT business. His experience includes determining user requirements, leading teams of technical professionals, designing technical and business solutions, and implementing these solutions. Recently, he developed and operated a project management support office for a federal government client. He has also implemented project control environments for the SAP implementation at another major Crown project. He holds a PMP certification (PMI) and certification in Risk Management from the Global Risk Management Institute (GRMI).
